REFUND/ CANCELLATIONS
We understand, sometimes things don't work out as planned and you need to cancel your order. we offer a flexible cancellation policy. You have 3 days from the date of placing your order to cancel it with ease. If your product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Please inspect the order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, you must have UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE COURIER before it's opened.
